CoVID-19 Policy

Dear friends,

I’m sorry to say, as quickly as our pop up 501 Corner Market had to close.

As I expect most restaurant owners would say, from the beginning of the COVID-19 threat, it has always been our intent to operate as safely as possible and abide by the necessary rules to keep our guests, employees, friends and the general public safe. With every passing day, we struggle to balance the wants and needs of all involved while wading through moral and legal dilemmas, which are often very complicated to navigate based on conflicting information.

While waiting on further guidance from our health and government officials, we feel it is in everyone’s best interest to only provide CALL AHEAD curbside delivery and delivery. Payment will be required by phone when the order is placed. Doing so will support the recommended “social distancing.”

We will continue to offer our “Family Meal” menu as well as a limited regular and special menu that will change daily. Refrigerated prepared foods (to be heated at home) will also be available. Please watch our Facebook page and websites for updates and current offerings.

We are also still selling beer and wine for take out and delivery. All bottles of wine are currently 40% off. Of course as required by law, the recipient must be 21 or older and provide ID.

As we announced yesterday, first responders, unemployed restaurant workers and hospital healthcare workers will receive a 40% discount, excluding alcohol.

We are also looking at ways you may help those in need during this crisis, should you choose to want to pay a meal forward or make a donation. More information will come as we determine the best way forward.

In closing, our 501 North family remains extremely grateful for the generosity of spirit from you, our guests, and our friends. We thank you for your continued support and will look for any and all ways we at 501 may help those struggling through this unprecedented time.

As always, we wish you all good health, good food and good company in the days and weeks to come.
